for me, you will get the same in return as you would with others. No matter what they have done with you, well, you better maintain your attitude with them.
sometimes the anger gets overwhelmed and we get anything from us which we do not want to do.
i know it is very difficult to control anger but it is not impossible. if we are determined, everything is possible. 
sometimes we feel very lonely even by staying with everyone and sometimes we just love being with someone. but we can not live any time with anyone so be happy with yourself and makes your personality strong. spread the positive vibes in universe and you will get special kind of energy that will help in boost you up.
